Terms of Service

1. The Beacon service

Beacon is a software-as-a-service platform that connects your online stores, marketplace accounts and marketing channels, shows their data in a unified dashboard, and provides analytics, alerts, automation workflows and AI agents. Agents that can make changes in a connected channel act only after you approve the change or under rules that you set and enable.

2. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
• Tell us immediately at support@premierank.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connected channels

• You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Connections are made through each platform's official authorization flow or API. You can disconnect any channel at any time.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. For Amazon, this includes the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, Amazon's policies for sellers and the Amazon Ads terms and policies for advertisers. You are responsible for the actions you approve in your connected accounts.

4. Plans, trial and billing

• Plans and prices are shown on the Beacon pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
• New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Beacon for anything unlawful, fraudulent or infringing;
• access data or accounts that you are not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass any security measure;
• use Beacon in a way that breaks the terms or policies of a connected platform, including Amazon's policies;
• resell, copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Beacon, except where the law allows;
• introduce malware or place an unreasonable load on our systems.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you or your connected channels provide to Beacon ("Customer Data"). You allow us to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support Beacon for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use data received from Amazon or other connected platforms for any purpose other than providing Beacon to the account that authorized it. You can export your data and delete your account at any time; Customer Data is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect a channel or close your account.

7. Intellectual property

Beacon, including its software, design and content (excluding Customer Data), belongs to Premier Rank, LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Beacon during your subscription. Third-party names and trademarks shown on our website or in Beacon belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms Beacon connects to; their use does not imply any endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Beacon available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you pay for.

9. Disclaimers

Beacon's analytics, forecasts and AI-generated recommendations are provided to support your decisions; you remain responsible for the decisions and actions you approve. To the extent permitted by law, Beacon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Premier Rank, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Beacon is limited to the amount you paid us for Beacon in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Beacon and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a connected platform requires it. On termination, your right to use Beacon ends and Customer Data is deleted as described in Section 6.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and notify Beacon users of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
